whole again has so many weird tempo changes and it really speaks to nick's talent as a drummer that he can stay in time so well when we play this. the ebb and flow of energy in this song cements it as one of my favorites that i've written. when ya grow up people drift apart - it's easily my least favorite thing about getting older. at least the internet makes it easier to stay in touch! J2 is the original name of (T-T)b's "January 27", which (T-T)b frontman/nick's brother joey always lets me sing on when they play it live. love that guy and love singin his song when i can!
